Let's look at the original post by a guy called Ridvan Aydemir which is a Turkish name, First if you look at his profile, you can see that he has a gold ribbon emoji in his profile, which is used by Pro-Israel people to show support for Israel/
we clearly see that he's a supporter of Israel at this point, support of a nation which is committing the biggest war crime in the world right now.
He calls himself "Ex-Muslim" which is often used to criticize Muslims by showing that a Muslim has stopped believing in the religion because it was "toxic" or "bad" and it is used by Pro-Israel talkpoints to justify their attacks on Palestine a mostly Muslim country.
and to confirm that he is a supporter of Israel which doesn't seem "Pro-America" or "align with America" check this post out.
Now next take a look at the guy who quoted the First guy's post, he's name is "Mahyar Tousi" which is a persian name, if you think just because these people have arabic names they support the freedom of Palestine you're wrong, he is a strong supporter of Israel again a nation that is committing the worst war crimes right now.
In this post, he is posting a Pro-Israel post even attacking Piers Morgan who is criticized by many for being Pro-Israel Zionist.
In this post he's cheering Israel for their illegal bombing of Iran.
It is clear right now, that these people are not attacking Tucker Carlson because he's anti-"American values" but because Tucker Carlson is not a Zionist like them.
